M. S. (Sam) Altimore is the Owner/Principal of MSA CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, PLLC.  Sam has been in the investment banking industry for over 25 years. After graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree in Business & Economics, he worked for several Wall Street and Regional Investment Banking Firms specializing in interest rates, the bond market, bond and equity portfolio management. After retiring in 2013-2016, Sam’s efforts have been focused on MSA CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, PLLC where he works closely with clients by providing affordable solutions to continuously meet and exceed investment expectations. MSA CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, PLLC is registered with FINRA (Financial industry Regulatory Authority) under CRD # 282650.  Sam is registered with FINRA under CRD # 4048.  Sam is an  Industry Arbitrator for FINRA.
